I think you meant BTC. It’s very hard to say that when is the right time to by Bitcoin as the market changes very frequently. There are many analysis tools available in the market which can predict the future of the Bitcoin. You can use these tools to come to a decision. But again, the predictions cannot be always true and so see your situation and budget and then only make a decision. Don’t blindly trust any tool and don’t risk too much.

Most exchanges you join will sell you pennies worth of BTC in a single purchase. Moving bitcoin off the exchange has fees depending on traffic on the network. So although you can buy only a few cents worth you need to buy enough to justify paying a fee unless you are happy to store it on exchange, which makes sense until you have more holdings.

Every time you got some dough to spare buy litecoin or bitcoin, bitcoin implies a lot more and higher fees. Crypto is not only the price tag, you need to watch over the fees too. ETH collects close to 10%.
