Today I discovered new coin called Litecoin Plus (LCP) is it also part of LTC project or another disturbing project like Babydoge to Dogecoin

It’s a scam. They’re trying to use the Litecoin brand to mislead people into their fake token.

Back on 2017, after Bitcoin Cash fork, people saw forks as an opportunity to double their money. So they started inventing another forks and ICOs as this medium article. Some of then are good ideias, some are now defunct and some were scams.
Nowadays, we are now on the ICO hype but seeing a tokenization hype, and some of them are misleading project to grab ppls money as @fredericomba said.
