Most are subcontracted Adwords/Adsense outfits,
All the other have nothing to do with Adsense.
Without giving away info no one knows what he wishes to accomplish.

I maintain a list of ad networks, didn’t post here as i’m not allowed to post links. Most of the networks use popups, other use cpa offers, again some use adsense and other methods to make money. Some are pushing notifications, etc.

That might be, just the ads come all from the same network. Google. Google itself uses 3rd party player networks and those change pretext. So you buy an ad, configure it well and the 3rd party uses a different search term. I’ve seen it happen. With my own eyes.
The auge in ad spending is well explained with desperation. People don’t know what to do, how to replace Google ads. Google gives inexact and in parts false data, hides sources and such just by using those 3rd party sources.
