Transaction in "Not yet redeemed" State for 4 Days Now

I made a Litecoin transaction 4 days ago, and it still hasn’t arrived.

Can anybody please take a look?

It’s confirmed? I still see “Not yet redeemed”. What does “not yet redeemed” mean then?
