Is there any chance we can find out where an address is connected to?
I gave the wrong address for a payment.

I don’t think you can get that back. In Crypto you send a tiny amount 1st. Once it arrived you send the rest. Under the new ever changing receiver strings, the older usually works.
yeah actually im aware of this but I’m just wondering, if it belongs to an exchange, can we find out? so maybe simply we can find the guy with KYC or so and ask for refund.

thanks @Nickz . Since the person sending the money is my client, he submitted a ticket to Kraken, the exchange he uses. I am the recipient here. I sent the address, but even though I am certain I copied my own address, I sent a different address both on the invoice and via message. Only the screenshot I sent additionally contains my own wallet address. with QR
