Submitted a transaction but nothing is happening

Submitted a transaction from an exchange to paypal yesterday on December 10 using a new receiving litecoin address, but I have not seen any notifications from paypal that the transaction was received. Any ideas what is going on?

I will try to answer any questions that I can to understand what is happening.

Thanks for responding Nickz When I pasted in the recieving address I saw something returned but states the following

0 LTC

Total recieved
0 LTC

Total spent
0 LTC

Looks like the exchange hasn’t send your coins to the destination address. You should take this up with them.
