For those in the US- Is there any advantage/disadvantage to keeping your LTC in the official Litewallet vs. Coinbase wallet vs. Coinbase Pro wallet. What are the major differences in features between Coinbase wallet vs Coinbase pro wallet vs Litewallet?

the only real consideration when looking at a wallet is whether it is non-custodial or custodial. Not your keys, not your crypto.

you do not get access to any private keys when using an exchange…
exchange apps are not wallets…

If you want the best security available as of now, use a hardware wallet like a Ledger Nano S.
