It sounds like the transaction may not have been properly broadcast or included in the mempool. If it’s not showing in any block explorer, it likely never propagated. Try restarting Litecoin Core with -rescan or -zapwallettxes=1 to clear any stuck transactions. If that doesn’t help, you may need to rebroadcast or recreate the transaction.
