Recently, I downloaded the Litecoin Core Wallet on my Mac. I do not have the File or Help Tabs on my wallet when I open it. What can I do to get these tabs? I will need them to claim LCC.

On OSX your app menu’s are always at the top of the screen. There should be a help menu where you can find the debug console for extracting your keys…
