Hi everyone,
I recently transferred my LTC from Binance to a wallet address generated by the Nexus Wallet app on Android.
On Binance’s side, the transaction shows as completed. I can also see the address and the correct balance on the Litecoin blockchain explorer, so the funds are clearly on-chain.
However, within the Nexus Wallet app, the wallet synchronization has been stuck at 99.9% indefinitely. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
-
Rescanning the wallet: the rescan also remains stuck indefinitely.
-
Reinstalling the app: at one point, the wallet did synchronize to 100%, but the balance and transaction history still did not appear. When I attempted another rescan, it returned to being stuck.
-
Importing the wallet into other apps (Trust Wallet, Cake Wallet): neither app was able to validate the 24-word seed phrase generated by Nexus. The error was along the line of ‘invalid mnemonic format’. In Cake Wallet, I also tried importing using the private key, but it consistently reported an “invalid format” error.
-
Contacting Nexus support: the support bot told me it would escalate my case to a human agent, but after more than 12 hours, I have not received any response.
Additionally, I noticed another user reporting the same issue on the Litecoin subreddit yesterday, which makes me wonder if this is a broader service outage or backend issue with Nexus.
At this point, I’m unsure how to proceed. The funds are visible on-chain, but inaccessible through the wallet. Any guidance or advice on next steps would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
