I’m crypto noob and I’m currently selling products and my payment gateway is hoodpay and I’m using exodus wallet. I used ltc xpub key on hoodpay and didn’t knew exodus use legacy address. But I selected native segwit wallet with xpub key on hoodpay and customer bought product from my shop and transition was successful but I never received the funds. I contacted the support but I never received reply, so I need help on this, if there’s a way to recover the funds please let me know in the comments below.

You have an online shop correct? How did you implement exodus into the shop? Or do you receive your fund in the exodus wallet?
