Hi i sent from my personal wallet litecoin core litecoins to crypto com app its 5 days still didnt showed on my crypto com app. transfer was sucessfull as i can see on logs, address was copied correctly. whats the issue? any help what to do?

Go to the blockchair and have a look if those where sent or not.
Can you give me some contact to help me with it? Or write some manual as i checked with helpdesk twice they didnt help me … I will be thankfull
as you can see original transaction is X ed and that didnt went true i checked with site you provided but then automaticly did another transaction what shows confirmed but different address…???
If the blockchair does not find it it was not sent
