On android, there is an option to delete App data & app cache.
There should be a similar option for iOS.
I woulc clic Clear app’s cache, reset app and delete app in that order.
Reset app + delete app should do the trick. Do you have those options?
Also they may be on another part. I’m not iOS user.
Please provide screenshot of the options you have.
