Hey, my litecoin wallet is saying its corrupted when I’m trying to send funds. I do have passphrase on it and I get this error while trying to send out litecoin. Also, when trying to change my passphrase litecoin core will close when i try and change my passphrase. Any help with this would be great and I appreciate your time. thanks

Is it a desktop wallet or a phone wallet, what OS do you use when that message pops up?
Be aware that sometimes a contaminated devise will cause those message to hijack it completely.
In other for the community to be of help you will have to offer some more information.
From the screenshot, this is a desktop wallet, has your device been exposed to any links that puts it at risk of being corrupted and when last did you make a transaction on the wallet? Do you have an active anti-virus set up?
My first advice will be to import the wallet to a secure device and send the funds out to a brand new wallet. Next step may be to clean your device to remove any potentially malicious files.
