Litecoin wallet error

Hello , i have the litecoin core wallet , the latest version . When i try to transfer my litecoins to any account , after i put my password in i receive the message : A fatal error occured . Litecoin can no longer continue safely and quit.

Is there any way to fix this issue ?

Window? Mac? Android?

if u use ios try with android and recover u wallet on android it will work fine

and search for ledger nano will be safe Thanks
