Litecoin never received

Greetings everyone! I have an issue and I don’t know how to fix this. I sent some Litecoins from poloniex to my Jaxx Wallet, but I never received what I’ve sent. I even checked on the block cypher and it says that my balance is 0 and also sent 0. I even sent tickets to both Jaxx support and Poloniex, but still didn’t get a reply.

That is impossible because I’ve sent my litecoins from that address. Also, the Txid poloniex gave me, it’s not working. I’m waiting for a reply from them, hopefully, they will fix this issue. I also checked on twitter and it seems I’m not the only one with this problem.
