Does anyone know how specifically I can use a Brazilian bank account to buy Litecoin in Brazil?
Curious? Can a citizen of Brazil or any other country outside the USA simply get a www.coinbase.com exchange account and work from such there? Would seem to me a USA based account would be handy and such and maybe better than ‘dubious’ other exchanges.
Anyway, no idea if this is possible if not in the USA, but wondering?

there are many like Walltime, Mercado Bitcoin, Foxbit, etc.
