Litecoin 0.21.2 gpg verify

I cannot verify the .asc file with instructions provided in README-HOWTO-GPG-VERIFY-TEAM-MEMBERS-KEY.txt neither with README-HOWTO-GPG-VERIFY.txt in the litecoin downloads website.
I’ve downloaded the litecoin-0.21.2.tar.gz both with .asc file. And after I run theses command I got an error:

$ gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-key FE3348877809386C

You should verify with @David 's key.
