It seems that segwit will activate before bitcoin. 
Would be a hoot if bitcoin got to the point of lightning network also done before seg witness…that would be a hoot if
litecoin would incorp that also before btc
unlikely …but then 3 years of block size debate on bitcoin should not be discounted
