I sent coin to a wallet on litecoin core before it synced and it keeps crashing

I have coin i cannot access on litecoin core (v.0.18.1)
on windows 10. it keeps syncing and crashing (its currently at 3 years and 15 weeks)

I have tried dumping the privkey and sweeping it into electrum ltc but with no luck
