I confirm your coins are still on that wallet:

Please close Litecoin Core and run it again with -zapwallettxes flag. This should get rid of that test outgoing (and stuck) transaction, and that should help to see your full balance available again to spend.

Thanks vm for the response. I’m on a Mac not PC, how do i do that exactly ?

I don’t use Mac, but I think you can try this:

./Applications/Litecoin-Qt.app/Contents/MacOS/Litecoin-Qt -zapwallettxes

on the terminal
