Pretty simple. You need to download Litecoin Core from Litecoin.org, then place the wallet.dat file in the Litecoin data directory. I think you can also press open > select the path to your wallet.dat file.
This should tell Litecoin Core to start rescanning your wallet for any available coins. Might take quite a while though, as your wallet is pretty old. Consider using pruned mode (when starting up Litecoin Core for the first time it will ask you if you’d like to save some space on your hard drive).
