From June 7, 2023 to June 15, 2023, a network failure is a Huge block size

From June 7, 2023 to June 15, 2023, all Litecoin blocks had a gigantic size of about 3.9 megabytes. After a while, everything recovered abruptly, and the block size began to have a dynamic small size. Who knows about this glitch? What was that?

I believe all the blocks you are referring to include inscriptions/ordinals. In the past year the size of the litecoin blockchain seems to have almost doubled - not a problem for most, but it’s starting to get more and more expensive for anyone hosting a Litecoin full node on a cloud provider like Digitalocean. Most cloud providers only provision their nodes with 100GB of disk space, but more than enough cpu cores/memory.
