Fee estimation failed error

I am trying to send some LTC to an LTC wallet address using Litecoin-qt and I am receiving this error:
“Fee estimation failed. Fallbackfee is disabled. Wait a few blocks or enable -fallbackfee.”

I waited for a few minutes but the error happens again, so can you help; what does this mean and how to fix it or how to enable the mentioned -fallbackfee?
