Corrupted block in blockchain

I have corrupted block in my blockchain.It is already 100 GB large.
Is there a way to fix corrupted blocks?
I have interupted process with immedaite shutdown of system.
Last message from debug log was :
FlushStateToDisk: write coins cache to disk (4856074 coins, 691096kB) started.

Anyone can explain me is it possible to recover. Before that I had this message:

Is it possible to recover corrupted data from this transaction id 156164781 ?
