Can I migrate my Jaxx wallet to LoafWallet by the 12-phase backup key?

I am using Jaxx wallet currently. I would like to know it is possible to migrate my Jaxx LTC wallet to LoafWallet / Litecoin Core Wallet by the 12-phase backup key generated in Jaxx wallet?

fyi I successfully restore my wallet to Exodus with the 12-word phase which generated by Jaxx wallet. And I can send LTC now!!
