Bitpay and Litecoin

Good day,

I’m one of old Litecoin users, and i use Bitpay usually to pay for domain names, hosting, and sometimes playstation balance.

But recently i notice Litecoin is not working with my Bitpay wallet.
I contact Bitpay but no replies.

Is there general problem or maintenance, or only me who face this problem?

And is there any other service similar to Bitpay ?

Sorry you had 2 people pretending to be Litecoin Support, telling you to click on dodgy links.

Basically just keep trying to contact them. I’m not very familiar with Bitpay’s wallet.
