It’s a website that contains a list of large corporate investments in LTC.
I’m sure you can find celeb investments into litecoin by doing a twitter search for LTC and then filtering those results by popularity.

In my opinion, there are a lot of famous people who are loading up on Litecoin, but not publicly. I’m not sure, though.
