You can get used L3 Bitmain miners on Ebay or Amazon. Most profitable miner would be Bitmain L7 which puts out 20 times the hashrate of the L3. Bitmain.com sells the machines from China. There is a 25% import duty payable (in USA) when you receive it. Most profitable place to mine is litecoinpool.org
