Hello, on 30 November i enrolled into Barclay associate’s website and on 2 dec i achieved 15 % profit target with respecting risk limit but today on 4 dec i have not received any communication even i filled the communicating form

Why should he do that? It is Barclays Associates who don’t answer. He should call them (Barclay’s Associates) .
