So, just by chance I found out that apparently there is a MWEB version of the electrum-ltc wallet, and it also has ledger nano support:

Also, losh11 has confirmed on this reddit thread that this is a legit project / wallet. All the more surprising that I couldn’t find any hint to this project here - I assumed this to be the “official” Litecoin forum…
A link from the litecoin-foundation electrum-ltc github to this projects github would probably help to make it more visible and give it some sort of official stamp of approval.
I haven’t tested it yet, mostly because I just found out about it, and because the linux appimage binary is missing, so I need to first build that one…
