A bot is a software program designed to look for predetermined factors to trigger a buy or sell. Could be a variety of things related to RSI, moving averages, volume, etc. You want to see a historic past performance of the success of the program over time in various types of markets bull or bear.

Web3 in my eyes is not possible. Why?
There are several instances in a server all need to be handled central in order to be quick. Putting the domain (issued by a central authority) on a blockchain is impossible.
Apache2, Nginx on a blockchain?

I have not seen a web3 website. All who claim use a cloud (Cloud computing, a partition on a network)
