Hi, I am new to LTC but i just noticed and was wondering LTC only rises if BTC does. Can anyone explain this to me, why?
If thats true whats the point of having a baby versions of BTC ?

people usually buy litecoin with bitcoin and most buy bitcoin then trade it for liteocin imediatley…not many exchanges get a lot of volume on the ltc/usd pair just on the ltc/btc pair
bitcoin has over 45% dominance at coinmarketcap.com
there are no “baby versions” of bitcoin…every coin has its own purpose and every version of software is different and used for different reasons
