Absolutely, If you look up the active addresses on different networks. Some days the number is very similar. One day in July they were both just over 400,000. Activity on Eth and BTC has been dropped steadily this year, whereas LTC has been increasing.
More and more people are using Litecoin. A lot of this has to do with fees, speed and ease of use.
