Lost Litecoin-qt.exe start up shortcut file

I better ask before I panic.

In starting up my 0.18.x Wallet today I find a dialog box stating “Problem with shortcut” that a file is missing or has been moved so the shortcut won’t work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut? Yes No?

So how do I correct this or launch my wallet?

I don’t know how I lost this shortcut to begin with.
