Loafwallet not receiving funds

Hi everyone.
I bought today my first 5.7 LTC in Changelly and put the address of my Loafwallet to receive the funds. For some reason in the wallet i get only a white box with a blue arrow in history. And if i click on it i get “transaction details” where status only says Available to spend, not any more information.
no LTC in balance.

Any help will be much appreciated.

In fact, i noticed i received the coins but i cant make use of them, its like the interface is fucked up.

your address shows that you received the coins and them send them to another address…
