Hi i am trying to download litecoin core on new surface pro. Im getting a warning icon red X that “windows cannot access the right device or file or path You may not have appropriate permission to access the item”

Is that a tablet? Got android and the app store on it?
Does that Surface Pro use an ARM Processor? I just assume that might be a problem.
