I have been using Litecoin core for a few years but now I’m running out of space and can’t sync it anymore. What’s the quickest and easiest way to sync my wallet without using a recovery back up to another computer if there is such?

There are a lot of ways to get around with it. The way I use is an external encrypted hard-drive with a symbolic link pointing the litecoin directory at the hard-drive.
Of course you don’t need to use encryption, you may just use a regular formatted hd.
