How do you transfer money from a paper wallet to a digital wallet

I am wondering how to transfer Litecoin from a paper wallet to a digital wallet (and am wondering of any ideas as to a good source for a digital wallet).

You need the private Key of the paper wallet which you can transfer in almost every litecoin wallet.
