I have been trying to set up a pool for a couple of days but I am struggling for time, I am willing to pay someone a bounty to set up a Litecoin pool on my server, will give SSH access and will pay upon completion, happy to use psychoticboy as escrow, will pay upon completion. The pool would be set up with a 1% fee to a reward address i specify with the latest Litecoin daemon (signalling segwit) support compiled. I am able to manage the pool once set up and we plan to host promotions. The server is a quad core Xeon, with 4GB RAM and 160 GB of disk space, perfectly capable of running a pool 
It runs on centos 5.x
