its really simple…go to changelly.com and enter your litecoin address…then pay them with a debit card…then they will send your coins to the address you give them…
dont give anyone your private key…only your coins address

If you plan on trading with litecoin then the best bet is to use an exchanger. I recommend binance but you gotta use a vpn after registration and set up. On the other hand if you have no plans of trading, storage in a cold wallet is the safest option
